Zhejiang Wellvast Packing Printing Products Co., Ltd is a joint venture by Zhejiang Cigarette Industry Co***ny and Hong Kong Wellvast Co., Ltd. founded at 1995 with total investment exceeding US∞21 million.
Located at Moganshan Economic Development Zone of Deqing County in Zhejiang Province, south of Moganshan/Mogan Mountain, which is also known as one of great summer resorts in China.
Our major product consist of mainly paperboard based packaging such as cigarette packaging and milk carton, we also provide printing services for other more mainstream paper based products such as paper bags and so on
Our main production lines consist of 4 printing units, Italian ROTOSTAR-a 7 colors gravure printing machine, Italian CERUTTI-8 colors gravure machine, HEIDIELBERG CE/MT102-6+1 offset printing unit and Shanghai silk screen printing machine. . For post-press and finishing processes, we also equipped with 2 CERUTTI sheeters, BOBST820 Swiss made die-cutting machine, BOBST102 Swiss made hot-stamping/ die-cutting machine and BOBST Swiss folder-gluers and so on.
We are also equipped with technologically advanced quality control equipments and facilities such as Gretag-Macbeth CE7000A color chromatic device, Tension control unit, Surface abrasion testing device, sterilized testing facility, in order to maintain products quality along the productions process, meeting the requirements of our customers, while meeting and/or exceeding the required International Standards.
